Joanne Sierra Account Manager
Joanne Sierra is one of the account managers at Passage Health International, leading the company’s efforts to deliver seamless claims management for international healthcare providers. She joined Passage in 2023 as a Senior International Claims Specialist and was promoted to Head of Claims in 2024, thanks to her exceptional expertise and leadership skills. In 2026 she was promoted to account managers to overseas client’s relationship.
With over eight years of experience in medical insurance claims and billing, Joanne has developed a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Her career also includes five years in sales and project management, showcasing her ability to lead across industries and manage diverse teams.
Before joining Passage, Joanne held leadership roles in customer service and claims management, supervising teams that supported U.S.-based healthcare providers. She also successfully managed sales operations and projects in the construction industry, where she built strong client relationships and negotiated contracts in both commercial and residential markets.
